All treatment times are approximate and include preparation and rebooking timings.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. This is to ensure your treatment time isn't reduced.
Unfortunately late arrivals may result in cancellation or reduced treatment time as we would do not wish to inconvenience other clients who have treatments.

Cancellation Policy
​
24-48 hours is required to cancel or change an appointment. Unfortunately non attendance without the required notice will incur a charge or loss of a session if booked on a course of treatments.
For treatments over £50 a deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
Semi permanent make up bookings a deposit of £50 is taken at time of booking. Deposits (booking fees) are non refundable.
